its funny and this may not help you but from my time studying the relationship with body and mind, in my opinion 'the best diet' is more of a state of mind or mental attitude than a fixed selection of allowed foods. if you are trying to lower your food intake, the best thing you can do is change the way you look at food and your relationship with it. any complicated calorie counting diet or a diet that leaves you feeling unsatisfied is bound to fail. obviously it would be impossible for us to explore your relationship with food (apart from its obvious benefits) here but i think you see where im coming from. anyway i hope this helps.

The best diet MUST be the programs from The Biggest Loser TV show. Even if it's reality TV, it's really believable.

The best diet is just plain common sense.
Quit eating all that crap.
Get up and exercise.. play sports... or just get off the computer for a couple of hours.
Don't give up.
