God deserves more credit than you give Him. First, thank God you even found a woman to marry you. Secondly thank God she could even get pregnant. Thirdly thank Him that the baby was born, it lives, and is healthy. Then thank Him that your wife lived and is healthy.
Many people under similar conditions didn't get the same results and there is no such thing as luck. :)

Silly, it's admirable that you give your wife credit for her carrying your baby for 9 months (we women appreciate your appreciation), but your wife would not have been able to do so if God had not created her body to be able to sustain a growing baby and if God had not created the sperm and the egg from which this baby was made to begin with. Thanks for the humor though.

Your wife didn't create the universe/world in 6 days. God did. No humans deserve more credit then God.

Depends on the type of answer you want.
God created the universe, and gave your wife the grace needed to be able to carry the baby for 9 months. Without the breath of life and the strength to bear the child, your wife could not have possibly done it on her own. God gives the breath of life to all beings, and by his grace we live and do what we do.

Your wife may have carried the baby for 9 months, but Christ carried our sins to the cross and died for us. And God allowed that to happen because of his love for mankind. Be glad for what God has blessed you with.

if your wife carried the entire universe in her uterus for nine months and then gave birth to all the stars and planets and nebulae and trees mountains and oceans and animals over a period of labor lasting for 6 days she would be left with one VERY flaccid vagina and instead of making love to her you could just walk into her cavernous crotch, light a campfire, and roast marshmellows. Plus she would probably need more than one day to rest after an ordeal like that.

Absolutely. If God created us... then he did a bad job. He created us and left it all alone to rot to hell. Congrats on your beautiful baby. U and ur wife deserve all the credit, not Christianity's imaginary friend.

Moms deserve far more credit than we give them. But God deserves all the credit, for everything.

God gave you and your wife the ability to conceive that child. He gave your wife the ability to carry and deliver that child. So, I would have to say that God deserves credit.
