yea we just started talking and i think he might be the one i'm looking for so what should i do?

Try not to seem desperate, keep talking and then talk some more.
You seem very young to know what The One you are looking for is like, so keep your options open and take it slow. If you move too fast you will either scare him off, or make yourself an easy target to be taken advantage of.

how long have you known him? is he expressing interest? do you feel the connection is mutual? These are questions to ask yourself. Do not pursue anything based on a whim. Make sure you know he's what you want and if so, tell him. If it's a mutual feeling, great!
