If there is a real monotheistic god, why can't god communicate clearly and end all the warring sects?

Real good question. There is an answer, but it's very complicated. If you were God, what would you do for entertainment? Would you construct a universe and then insert yourself into it, as the ultimate virtual reality computer simulation? Would you give yourself a task of seeing if you could fix this complete mess (as you correctly described it) using only your brain? How would you construct that challenge for yourself? Would you like to have an interesting environment? Would you like to have atheists? Or would you like everyone to be forced to believe you? Honestly, this mess is extremely entertaining and challenging. It's difficult to imagine how it could have been done any better.

Well God has sent us guidance many times via prophets and holy books. Us humans have changed the message throughout time. Then God has sent us one last prophet (Muhammad, peace be upon him), and one last holy book (the Qur'an), in which the message is very clear and God has protected the Qur'an from being changed.

We are given the opportunity to choose between good or evil, so unfortunately some choose evil. It's all part of His plan, and we'll each be judged for what we have done and will be punished or rewarded accordingly.

This is a matter somewhat beyond human understanding in my opinion. However, my opinion on the matter is that God does communicate he just doesn't use words. You have to listen with your heart, as some strong christians would say. And no, I don't think our species is doomed. Perhaps MAYBE a few individuals are, but the species? No.

Ah man! Do we have to go about discussing "free will" again? We've been over this many times on these forums. God gave us free will. We use our free will to do stupid things, including warring with one another for stupid reasons. God loves us, but He doesn't want to force His will upon us. He wants us to willingly choose to do His will. When we don't, He allows us to face the consequences of our own stupidity. When we follow His will, He allows us to face the blessings of our right choices. It's that simple.

The communication is clear, but the message get messed up at our end. The problem is that those who can not see blame the sender for clarity. Those who can not hear blame the sender for intensity. Nobody wants to admit his own deafness and blindness. Another problem is that the blind can not see his own blindness, and the deaf can not realize his own deafness.
