I have been sick for a week and a half and today I had a runny nose all day. Also, yesterday and today my heads hurts really bad whenever I move it.

It sounds as though you may have a sinus infection, which can cause an excrutiating headache due to the buildup of sinus pressure. Since you've been sick for more than 10 days, that signifies something more than a cold is going on as well. See your doctor for a diagnosis and antibiotics.

Rest and Fluids for sure, for tonite. I would make a doctor appt tomorrow though. If it's in your sinuses then you might need some antibiotics. Sinus infections can turn into worse things if not treated.
Hope you feel better!

Try drinking A LOT of fluids and getting lots of rest. You may also consider a good decongestant to help dry you out. This is not a substitute for medical attention, so if you see you condition not improving or getting worse you should see your doctor.

You have the flu.
You've got a fever. Take some ibuprofen or Tylenol to get your fever down and if you don't feel better in a day or two, go to the doc.

If you have had a runny nose that long, pressure is building up in your sinuses. Take a decongestant, and rest. Hope this helps.
