The song Lady_Ceanna mentions is not from Will Smith, but Tag Team's "WHOOMP (there it is)".
The catchy phrase you are asking for does occur many times in this song.

hola chica I would say when I was 9 was my favorite phrase, it was a song and it was a hip hop phrase that went boom shaka locka locka like boom shaka locka lock... boom shake shake shake your rump, I think it was coined by Will Smith the former Fresh Prince. I think?

a famous sports caster said this a lot. i don't liek sports but i know the phrase from a sega genesis basketball game, that has that guy doing some voice over, saying taht phrase.

I've heard it most of my life. I think it is from a college chant or sports cheer.

i think that is just a stupid phrase. but if not it could have came from africa.
