I have known her for almost ten years and we are really close friends but lately ive been having some really deep feelings for her.She is really beautiful and when im around her she makes me feel really happy.I just need some help on how to ask her.Someone please help me!!!

Just ask her man. Life's too short to be with a girl who doesn't want to be with the REAL you so don't try to make her like you.
Just do it and live with whatever happens.

I only read the first answer and a little of the second, and I've been in your situation before. TAKE THE FIRST ANSWER ADVICE, Just make a move on her. see what she does. More than likely she feels what you're feeling in the sense that she knows that you're feeling it and if you two really are friends that would mean that the bigger chance is that the feeling is mutual. Make a move and deal with the consequenses.

Just ask her if she thinks she could be more than just friends. Tell her you would like to be more than just freinds. Take it from there. Suck it up or some other great guy will get her. She probly feels the same way but to scare to ask you. Be the man. Or loose her.

watch the movie "Just Friends" ;) you may learn something from there. other than that, just be honest and tell her how you feel. if she's the sweet type - you should send her a note with a flower. ask her if she sees you the same way. :) it will be awkward but hey, atleast you let it all out - it's a win or lose situation. good luck!

The best thing you can do is be honest with her. You can't control how others feel but you can control how well you articulate your feelings. Just realize that she may not feel the same way, and in that case just don't waste energy on the relationship.

First take her on a really nice dinner date, then take her for a romantic walk and give her a light kiss and tell her just how you feel. Follow Billy Joel's advice tell her about it!

Just tell her what you told us.... she is beautiful (ellaborate) and when you are with her she makes you feel happy. That's what you want for your life and you'd like to share it with her.
If you don't ask to move to the next level, you may regret it for the rest of your life. Tell her you can't take that chance.

Try just telling her how you feel.Make sure it comes from the heart.Tell her in a letter but sign it secret admirer. Then she will tell you about it and you would have your answer.
