use the nero essentials cd to remove it completely.

Its a pain in the bum to get rid of, i had the full version but dumped it as it took over my pc, go to their home page and down load their own clean up tool , that's the only thing that will get rid of all of it

Go to Start - Programmes - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore. Restore your system to a date before you installed the software.
