listen to a good dance song that makes you want to move. get a picture of a model or somone who has a gorgous body and tell yourself that you want to be like that person

I totally understand what you mean.
I am the same way.
What I tried doing is putting an alarm in my cell phone every night.
OR better yet since its hard try to just do it at least 3 times a week.........that way it wont feel so overwhelming.
You don't have to work out for hours all you have to do is at least 10-15 minutes per day and it should keep you fit.
Try not to over think it because that is when you get lazy.
Or also you can do it while you shower ... try squats or something not to complicated. Or dance like your crazy. I don't know something that makes you move your body ... it doesn't always have to be planned.

Good luck.... as long as you try its the main thing.

If only we knew the answer to that question, there would be no more overweight people! I'm the same way you are. After I give up for a few days, I just start back up again. And I try to remember that exercising is good for me, and if I'm healthy I can be with my family for a long time. Instead of exercising every day, try for three times a week. That way, if you skip a day you won't feel like a failure. Good luck. There are lots of us in the same boat!

Try giving yourself a reward for every night/week/month etc. that you are consistent with your excercising. A haircut, candy bar, or whatever.
Or you could have a more motivated buddy do the same thing as you and you'll motivate each other. But make sure they're really gung-ho about it.

-Focus on what you want, not what you have to do.

-You could also do something like (for example) drink an energy drink right before your time to exercise. It might give you enough of a boost to get you hyper and you'll HAVE to do something to use your energy towards.

-Getting a partner also helps.

-You could also make a promise to someone that you will exercise. That way, if you don't want to disappoint them, you'll have to exercise.

My friend took a realistic "before" pic & put it on her fridge at eye level.

That has helped her lose 70lbs!

Try imagining what you will look like once you are toned and sexy.
