treat the fever with tylenol. If he can't keep it down, even adults can use suppositories. Bile vomit is a sign of an empty stomach, rare cases a intestinal blockage. His symptoms sound like he could almost have strep. When people have fevers they frequently have back pain. If he hasn't had a BM for awhile, you might think again of blockage, but that would be very painful. (belly pain) People that aren't eating or drinking enough will get constipated. If he doesn't feel any better when his fever is down, he should go into ER, or at least call his MD.and see what they suggest. His symptoms are all different, that's why I say viral. If he won't go to ER, make sure you give him fever reducers (no aspirin) and lots of clear liquids=h2o, gatorade, clear broth, jello, juice. Good luck men are so difficult sometimes when theyre sick. They either act like babies, or refuse to get help till they're almost dead.

head to the doctor. your going to throw up bile if you have nothing else in your stomach to throw up. its kinda greenish right? thats the color of bile. take some advil to lower the fever, how bad is the fever? if its over 102 i might head to the er. is he having pain when urinating, or side (flank pain)? it almost sounds like a kidney infection. it could simply be the flu. get him some sprite and saltines and dont let him ove around. if the vomiting is severe/projectile go to the ER and they can give him a shot of phenergen or zofran which will stop the vomitting. keep him hydrated or he will have bigger problems.

Vomiting bile with no bowel movement is small bowel obstruction. Keep him nothing by mouth and go to the ER. With multisystem involvement.,it could be septicemia or blood poisoning.

He needs to go to the ER right now. This is definitely not good, especially the kidney pain and lack of bowel function and fever. Not a good combination. Please go now. I'll say a prayer for you. Drive safe.

Yes, if it's indeed bile it's VERY serious, not to mention his other symptoms are as well. We're talking possibly life-threatening. To the ER with you. Now.
