I live in Shanghai, if I were going to have one done I would look into an International hospital, I know a guy from England who had it done by a Chinese doctor and the doctor told him the wrong info about how long to wait before being intimate with his wife and she got pregnant, also, do your research and do it well and be careful, go international hospital it will be a lot more but you have better chances and the law on your side

It is safe and it is a widely practiced procedure due to the government's one child policy. You can have this procedure done in almost any city within China.
I think if you are living in China then you should just ask a friend or co-worker for help. There should be many people who can help you find a suitable place to have this done.
