The belly fat is the last and hardest to take off. When you get to that point you have to do the stuff you hate to do, cario, cardio, cardio, Studies techniques to keep the metabolism cranked in high gear. You must eat small portions every 2-3 hours and maybe small snacks in between, You must not allow yourself to get hungry. The puts the bod into starvation mode, metabolism slows and starts burning good mass vs fat., You must remain well hydrated all day with lots of water, you must do cardio workouts, at night your metabolism slows down, do a 10-20 min cardio workout within 30 mins of going to bed. This will keep metabolism high 2-3 hrs into your sleep.
Take a good natural organic multi vitamin/mineral supplement. You must get proper nutrician. Keep that up and you will be tone in no time.

The only snacks you should eat if trying to lose weight are apple, pears, grapes, bananas, carrots, celery with or without peanutbutter. If you eat starch do so in the early part of the day so that you work it off. Try brown rice instead of white rice. Sugars & salt are somethings you want to stay away from. Eat chicken ( not fried & never the skin), pork, turkey. Don't eat egg yokes but egg whites are good to eat. Look at the packaged food you buy, read the ingredients cuz some so-called diet foods have more sugar & salt in them. I am doing the same things cuz my bestfriend told me what I should be eating to lose the weight that I need. Don't forget to exersize. That is just as important as changing your diet. Take walks for 15 mins 1-2 times a day or use the stairs for 15 mins 1-2 times a day.

You need to snack to lose weight!
Eat every 2 hours. Fresh, raw fruit and veggies are a good snack. Pickles are excellent because they are low in fat and calories and the vinegar is an appetite suppressant. Raw almonds (a small handfull) A small bowl of whole grain cereal with skim milk. Part skim mozzerella cheese (a small square)

Fruit and veg, obviously.. crunchy carrots and apples are great, but also try cooking chicken breasts and cutting them into strips so you have protein in the fridge when you are really hungry.
A handful of walnuts or almonds, or fresh berries as a treat.
And if you reeaally want a piece of cake... put it on a chair by your feet as you do sit ups, when you can reach it easily you can have it! LOL! And drink LOTS of water.

Me personally I like this store called "Trader Joe's". they have healthy snacks & it's 1 in particular that I love...it's called "snap peas"...they r yummy & not high in fat at all. It may not float ur boat but still check out the store u may see something else u like!!
