My boyfriend and I have been together almost a year now. This is the slowest I have ever taken a relationship and the best relationship I have ever had, we are most likely going to be getting engaged coming up in the next year. Slow and steady wins the race. We haven't even officially used the "L-word" yet, but it just makes it all the more sweeter.

You've only been on three dates, and yes I believe that it is to soon to go to the next level. If he pressures you about going to the next level, just tell him that you're not ready yet, and that it's too soon. If he doesn't fell that then he was'nt meant to be. You don't have to put out to keep him around. Just you being with him /him being with you should be enough for right now. If i could ask how old are you? If he really likes you, and likes being around you then thats all that counts. and then when one day your both ready to make that commitment to go to the next step make sure you have guys be protected. So just be patient and don't make the wrong choices or mistakes that you may regret later on in life.

There is no specific number but moreso on how the two people involved feel about the situation. Staying in regular communication about how things are going allows both to know where things she go next.

Go with the flow, everyone is different, but don't put it on time spent with each other, just base it on the level of comfort you hae with him and also the understanding between you two of what the relationship means.

It's not about quantity and speed, just quality and having a good time. Don't worrying about having a lot of dates, just have that one date to remember forever, and go on from there.

there is no reason to rush things. 3 dates is just about long enough to define the relationship. I definitely wouldn't do more than kiss.

Yes. Sometimes it works out but you're better off waiting. He'll respect you more in the long run and so will you. You can do it! :) I know it's hard but give it a few more dates at least. I have faith in you. :)

There is no such time limit.. Do what you want to do... And dont regret it.. if your going to regret jumping into the bed with him.. then dont...You have control over your own situation.
