The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Continue to play ball, and consider adding weight lifting to your routine. Also cut out junk foods and replace with fresh healthy alternatives (fruits, veggies, whole grains. lean meats, good fats, etc). Weight Watchers has a good plan that lets you eat "real" food and actually teaches you how to eat what you want and still lose weight.

Start hitting the weights, you don't have enough toned muscle to burn the chub off......playing basketball conditions your
circulatory system....but it doesn't build lean muscle...
Lean muscle can burn chub off faster than aerobic excersize alone.

i dont kno really maybe cuz u r not eating right..well u r atleast got to eat 6 times a day believe it or not maybe ur not eating da way ur suppose to...my brother did that n he plays sports every day n he got so skinny u can see his ribbs
