I used to heat up foods from the fridge quite often recently. Will it cause any harm to my health?

No, not at all. Microwaves are actually safe, unless you have a pace maker in your heart.

Deffiinitely not. The only thing you have to be careful of is to not heat foof on a styrofome plate. The chemicals are absorbed into the food. This is harmful to you. Always usa a microwave safe plate.

A microwave uses concentrated magnetic waves to to excite the H2O (water) in the product to "warm" it up... the only known harmful effects is to anyone with a pacemaker on their heart getting near the microwave...

They say they are safe but everytime the news comes on the story changes about "new studies have found"..in 30 years the will tell us the microwaved food is bad..who knows anymore

No. Microwaves ovens are entirely safe.
Some people who have a certain type of pacemaker for their heart can notice some palpitation if around m/w ovens, but that's it.
