I'm too shy to approach girl, but I do work with girls.
when it comes to personal things I always try to avoid it because i'm shy. Have you help guys like me........

Listennnn.... to ya boy, I know you asked for girls but good advice is good advice. So anyway most girls won't come up to you unless they just have to talk to you. The small percent that will, will be very confident (I mean very), and if you real shy (as you say) might be turned off by that. So your best bet to break the shy is to talk to a girl with no intentions. Meaning you are talking just to talk not because she is hot or you like her (even if that is the case), you are just making conversation. That way when you have an intention its alot easier becuase you've said something to her before. But if you are just sitting around waiting for that special girl to come up to you, you might be sitting for a while.

That's an excellent question! Girls get really shy too, and who knows maybe one of these ladies has a HUGE crush on you. I think that you should just subtly flirt (tell her she looks nice 2day, etc.) with one of these ladies that you're interested in and who knows. She could be the LOVE OF YOUR LIFE (corny but true.)
p.s. If she's 1 of those silly mean girls, and teases your affection just don't bother with her. If when you tell her she looks nice and she rudely jokes just try to laugh it of and say 'no no no, sorry ur not my type. I was just trying 2 be nice.'
OH and btw most girls like guys 2 approach i'm the same way but can't for the life of me tell when they flirt. :D

girls are just as shy (if not more shy) then guys are. we prefer being asked out on dates, and we like it when guys make the first move.
