First, learn to spell and then ask the question again. America has no problem with Islam, but feels that all have the right to choose their own religion. You can't judge an entire government by its worst sample. We get along with Pakistan, Malaysia, and Indonesia just fine and they're Islamic states. Egypt also has a Islamic majority and has god relations with the US.
Iran and the US have a complex history. The problem now mainly seems to be over Israels right to exist, but stems back further to the US helping Britian keep the government they set up in Iran before the Islamic Revolution. And during that revolution, the American embassy was trashed and its staff taken hostage. It's quite reasonable they don't trust each other.
As for Muhammad in the Bible, you may feel that parts of the Bible refers to him, but few would agree with you, especially Christians who would naturally believe those parts refer to Jesus. Muhammad is never mentioned in the Bible by name.

Simply because I believe in the Lord and Jesus Christ as my savior. So, I could never possibly accept or believe in Islam. I also believe in "live let live" so believe in what you will.
Please take no offense as I mean none. If I may ask, If Islam is so peaceful how is it the majority of your people can not control the radical faction and turn them back to a peaceful existence?

911 scared us. It was an act of Islamic terrorists committed in the name of Allah and Islam.
Why do Muslims allow this to happen. Why do Muslims kill in the name of Allah.
Are all Muslims murdering barbarians?
Probably not. Most Muslims are like most Hindus, most Christians, most Jews, most anyone else; they just want to get along with their neighbors, want to be secure and safe, want adequate food, decent shelter from the weather, and some degree of comfort.
Why all the killing: political and religious leaders who are insane for power and wealth.

In 1953, Iran had a free and fair election and elected a man named Mohammed Mossadegh as their president. Mossadegh promised to nationalize the oil industry so as to keep more of the wealth in the country and raise the standard of living of the citizens. Just as you or I would do if we were elected president of a country and wanted to do our best for the citizens.
The oil industry in Iran, at the time, was owned by BP. BP got the British and US governments to depose Mossadegh, to get him kicked out of office. In his place we imposed our own choice of leaders, the Shah. The Shah sold his people out. He sold the oil cheap and he and his family and friends got richer and richer while the people of Iran grew poorer and poorer. He ruled with an iron fist, though a private security force that terrorized the nation. The US and UK supplied him with all the weapons and training his people needed to keep their own population under control.
For 25 years the only places Iranian citizens could assemble were at fake rallies held to honor the Shah, and in mosques. Not surprisingly, the revolution grew up inside the mosques. When the Shah was dying of cancer and was allowed to come to the US for treatment, there was a revolution in Iran and it was taken over by Islamic clerics. The revolutionaries expected (very reasonable under the circumstances) that the US would invade them any minute, so at the start of the revolution they marched into the US embassy and took everyone they found there hostage. They kept the hostages for a long time, partly because the US had a policy of refusing to negotiate for hostages. But also partly because a presidential election was coming up in the US and the Reagan election team secretly negotiated with them and promised them a lot of stuff if they kept the hostages until Reagan was elected president. Reagan unlocked Iranian assets frozen in US banks, and sold them weapons to fight Iraq (actually the US supplied both sides in that war).
From that point on, Iran was considered an enemy of the US simply because their leaders refused to cooperate with multi-national oil companies. Because Iran had oil and wasn't in the US 'orbit', they were dangerous. Over the last 100 years there have been a handful of national leaders who have refused to sell out to the US, and they've all been built up into enemies. Fidel Castro. Gadaffi. Hugo Chavez. The Ayatollah Khomeni. All were propagandized into evil leaders, threats to the American Way of Life, to justify an invasion or 'covert actions' to remove them from office.
Before GW Bush's invasion of Iraq, the plan was more like a regional war. We were going to plow through Iraq in a month or six weeks. Syria was next, and then Iran. Then the whole Middle East would be just one big US colony. This plan was openly discussed before we actually went into Iraq. Iraq proved to be more of a mouthful than Bush could deal with so the plan went no further.
Bush desperately wanted to bomb Iran, not for any real military reason but for his own political reasons. But Iran wisely invested their money in defensive weapons instead of offensive weapons, so they were just too well defended for Bush to bomb them. Bush used them as an excuse for why we couldn't prevail in Iraq, and of course Republicans now bash Obama for not invading Iran, even though Bush wasn't able to.
That's why American hates Iran. Iran hates America for more reasonable reasons. The US seeks to control the entire world supply of oil, and this means that discovering oil in a country condemns 95% of the country's people to desperate poverty for the rest of their lives, under a US-chosen despot. The ONLY oil-bearing country where this hasn't happened is Norway, which had a pre-existing tradition of democracy.

We'll let God decide what is best for the whole world, mmmkay?
As for why are they fighting Iran? Well Iran has been threatening to blow up a friend of ours. They want our friend to die...every single one of them. They've called for their destruction several times publicly. You wonder why? THAT is why.
It says nothing about your prophet in the bible.
