Hell no! Well, at least not permanently. It messes up your digestive system very badly. Most (or at least many) bulimics don't lose as much weight as anorexics. All it does is make your body out of whack. The best way to lose weight is the old fashioned way, through healthy meals (If possible, small meals throughout the day, around 5 or 6) and exercise.

There are healthy-safe and non-healthy-unsafe ways to lose weight. People will do almost anything to accomplish this, including unhealthy methods. Instead of correcting the weight problem they create new problems. .You need to receive the correct information from the appropriate professionals, so losing weight will improve your health not damage it.
When your body is healthy it is in a state of homeostasis-everything is working well together. Laxitives abuse and vomiting causes many problems which mess up the healthy state of your body- you may lose weight, but you will regret it when you end up in the hospital. You will cause problems with acid base balance, electrolytes, gastrointestinal system, and many other things.
If your question implies your interest in your own weight loss, then you need to get the correct information from qualified individuals such as medical professionals.Speak with your doctor about the best way to lose weight-

i got here across the e book to be very informative and straightforward to envision. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely in touch that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too rapidly. i'm going to admit i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet extra often than not) and doing little or no exercising, however the load keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the innovations. i've got under no circumstances offered something like this till now because of the fact they are oftentimes packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start on the instant!

Ironically, no, it won't help you loose weight to purge your food. Over fifty percent of your food is digested almost immediately after consumption so even if you purge immediately after a meal your still absorbing calories.
I've had an eating disorder myself, and I still try to help with prevention and with girls who want to overcome their disorders, and MANY of the girls I have known with bulimia were at normal, or overweight.
If you are thinking about losing weight and you are desperate enough to consider doing something like that I think you need to take a long hard look at why you want to loose weight. If you are serious about losing weight, talk to your doctor first they should be able to help you with losing weight safely and quickly.

Laxatives have a negligible effect on stoping absorbtion as they work lower down inyour digestive system after calories etc have been absorbed. It took me coming to terms with this to finally kick my laxative habit. 3 months down the line and my digestion is still haywire. Alternating constibation/diareha and alot of gass.. Please dont try it!! They makle you feel thinner at first as they dehydrate you, but in the long run they cause water retention and constibation which makes you feel puffy and bloated.

It doesn't necessarily make you loose weight but what it does is make you lose the required vitamins/proteins and such in your body coz those breakdown and is absorbed faster in your body compared to the carbos and fat intakes. Regular exercises work faster and more effectively than even diet plans.
