the fuse block cover on my 93 t-bird is missing so I have no idea what fuse goes to what. Can anyone help me here? I need this information to track down a lighting problem in my instrument panel.

If I remember the fuse info was in the owners manual ..not the cover (which just has fuse numbers on it if I remember)

Fordman however is right on the zone's website...

Also what is the lighting problem?

I see you've got a good answer above. The wiring diagram should be at autozone.com, if you look around on the site.
Do you have a auto salvage yard near you? You may be able to pick up a cover there. Good luck.
