Hey i am 14 years old (15 in May) and I want to know if I should take weight gainers/supplements. I would be taking them 4 football this year and I need to gain weight/muscule really fast. Im about 6'1 184 and that is 2 light for my position (Linebacker)
what are the side effects and I just need IMPORTNT information. Every1 is taking them and im curious. Please respond if u have any USEFUL answers

A healthy weight supplement that will help your body gain nutrients and the right amount of protein and carbs is a meal supplement like Boost or Ensure - drink these things with your normal food. This way you gain weight, but with the correct nutrients that make you bulk up.

Pills can be dangerous so be careful!

If you really are 14 years old and are already 6'1 and 184 pounds, then you REALLY should stay away from your football coach. If they have a 14 year old who is that big and tell him he is too small to play on the football team, you really don't want play for them in the first place.

Anyway, weight gainers will probly be a wast of money for you. If your that young and playing sports you will gain weight on your own and will not see much improvement with store bought products. Save your money and continue to eat and be active and you will naturally gain weight.

Save your money. Eat lean protein like chicken breast, turkey, tuna and beef.
Weight gainer is just lots of calories and it could make you soggy and bigger. Don't you want to be muscular and bigger??
