the sour cream is slightly denser. therefore, the whipped cream will lose some of it's fluffiness. depending on the original sweetness of the whipped cream, the sour cream will balance it out.

you'll get a topping that will go well with pinapple chicken.
no kidding.
try it.
oh dice up some chives and sprinkle on top.
you may want to add a tad of cream cheese with this and blend it up... then add to the pinapple chicken and sprinkle with the freshly cut chives.
