Of course, if he started speaking out against illegal immigration. Because there IS racism involved in many anti illegal thoughts. Notice the emphasis on THOUGHTS, and not PEOPLE. If you don't want to believe me, research about the sudden rise on KKK membership since they started bashing on illegal immigrants from Mexico.

Answer 1:
No.
There are many people like Hitler today - statistical fact.
There are radical groups which want to exterminate each other - fact.
There are potential followers - fact.
But, there is no such person upon such a radical group, with so many followers.
The three things are not matching today.
Answer 2:
The political climate of today's Germany is not suitable for Hitler today. There is economic stability, democratic maturity is high, European integrations are trendy, the former experience is hanging like a ghost, etc...

Interesting question.
There does seem to be a resurgence in Nazism, particularly in eastern Europe. However, what is really disturbing is the percentage of hate groups here in the USA that hide behind the 1st Amendment to validate their positions when they would scrap the entire Constitution if they ever achieved the power they seek. This is the hypocrisy of hate. The same hypocrisy behind islamic jihadists who preach their religion of peace yet practice acts of murder and encourage suicide bombers.
Hitler's legacy, therefore, is very much alive and prevalent in many places.

That's a very, very hard question to give an opinion on. Hitler's rise to power was due to many reasons. The simple answer is, I don't know. I hope not.

He would have more followers today than he did in his time because as days go by, people are getting more ignorant and lazy. Only certain individuals dare to raise a voice or question authority. Additionally, many people today just accept things as they are and they are even more racist today than they were before. I mean look at the White vs Muslim thing. It goes both ways where Muslims hate whites/Western powers and Western powers hate them.

I would like to believe not, but I don't think people have changed that much. I think in the presence of similar factors someone like Hitler could rise to power again.

Its really laughable that we make a big deal about Hitler, when most of what he thought was commonplace for a thousand years in Europe. He came to power precisely because Germany was made a destroyed victim of racist bigots (ie anti-German) following their defeat in The Great
War (to end all wars). Who came to their aid? NOOOO-----
BODY (remember Bert Williams?)

well i believe so because if hitler weere around today that means he would not have been around 60 years ago so nobody would think he was bad and since all the breed of brilliant speach makers are all dead he would probably be more succsessful today then he was back then.

No, the economy is too good. Hitler got his following through the depressed economic times. "feed a hungry man and he will follow you"
