First, this is not "bad " behaviour, just too much of a good thing. She is showing you the affection you probably show her.
You can deter the attention away from your face though. Let her get in a lick or so and then tell her "enough" and put her somewhere beside you and praise her. You may have to use a bit firmer tone each time you repostion her where comfortable for you. Give her one of her toys/stuffed animals to play with. Maybe roll over and ignore.
Be consistant about setting the limits but provide her with something else to do. The same for the chewing problem. When she is going after something to destroy replace with her toys, bone, etc. Praise her when playing with her things.
Try to "child proof" things for awhile, especially dangerous items. Pugs love having a "nest" of toys, encourage that.

My Pug is the same way. When I lay down, she gets on top of me and licks my face like crazy. I timed her one time and she done it for 5 minutes straight. When she goes to lick you, tell her no. Keep telling her each time she trys to lick you. She will know not to do it then. She is still a pup, so she is going to chew on everything. My pug is almost 2 and she loves to chew on my shoes with heels or flip flops. When you see that is chewing on something, tell her no. Again, keep telling her each time you catch her. They know what NO means after you tell them. It will take a while, but hang in there. PUGS ARE SO CUTE!

You could take her to obeidience class...in the mean time...the second she goes to lick your face...sit up..so that she can't and walk away from her...do not touch her..but in a stern voice say "no lick"..Or what ever command you wish..but keep the command the same...when she lays next to you or when you lay down and she DOES not lick your face...Praise her with "Good Girl"...when ever she does what you want her to do...ALWAYS praise her...even if the action is something that she doesn't do...like not licking...the key is to have no contact with her when she licks...and to keep the command of NO lick the same...
The chewing? keep her crated or tied to you so that you can "scold" her instantly...when she goes to chew..a light tug on the leash or tie..and a stern "No Chew"...Most dogs will continue to chew until about 18 months as a norm...GL!

Tell her firmly.. No. Every time. Maybe a gentle pop to her nose. And when she stops pet her and praise her. Give her toys to chew on she is a puppy. You need to keep anything valuable put up cause the chewing probably will not stop for awhile. Don't get too mad, it happens so get used to it.

Use certain words regularly such as -no-stay-down-here-go outside-eat etc.Say these words in the same tone voice but be nice & never hit a dog or they will loose trust in you. They are alot like children. If they like you,,they are more apt to listen but be stern in certain things until like learn.Rawhide chew bones & tennis balls are great for dogs.Dogs need daily excersize before they will calm down such as a walk or run in the yard or playtime. She licks you because she likes you,,that is like giving you kisses.Just say,,ok,,enough now.Acknowledge what she is trying to say & she will be content.Talk to the dog like you would a child. If you ever have any more questions,,feel free to e-mail me.I have raised over 60 dogs in the past & own 15 now. ;O) zzhoundzz@yahoo.com ~free advice for anyone.

First hing is to not have the dog with you when you are trying to lay down!! When she starts to chew on things she isn't supposed to, take it away (if possible) and give her discipline and a strong "NO" at the same time. She should be praised when she stops and given something that she can chew on. She should get the idea rather quickly.

It's easy : the second she starts licking, get up and walk away. No need to punish or get emotional - just remove the fun reinforcement from her (in this case, that would be you) You must end the game immediately in order for her to get the message.
*Penny cans, and "using discipline" are scary, too-harsh punishments for your dog. Do not do this to your pup! *********
And for chewing problems - you need to crate her when you cannot supervise her 100%. Here is a site to help:

She's just being nice to u! A way to say 'I LOVE MY OWNER!'..
Just push her away when she starts licking and a stern 'NO!'.
Chewing is normal for puppies. Just buy those fake bones for them to chew on.
