hah i remember i was like that whenever i was 13... they really arent that great after a while lol. but just do your own laundry, or atleast wash the thongs by themselves.

Well thongs don't make you pregnant at 14 as one person suggested ,,,, It depends on what this article of clothing represents to you ,,,, I can't really see your mothers side of this too much because she could figure that you are just going though a phase which I think you are ,,,, It's most likely you will grow out of this anyway ,,,, You haven't explained anything about the trust between you and your mother ,,,, You seem to want to sneak behind her back and wear them against her will ,,,, Has she any other reasons not to trust you about other things ?,,,, Thongs are an article of clothing of a sexual nature suggesting a behavior in the person wearing them that isn't suitable or something that a 13 year old girl should be involved in ,,,, Usually girls that wear thongs wants everyone to know what she has on and are in the habit of letting the guys know in some one way or another ,,,, In her mind the thong is for the benefit of the guys (plural) as well as herself ,,,, Flowers attract bees because they smell good and are sweet ,,,, 13 and 14 year old girls in thongs attract or invite vermine and really big trouble ,,,, allot of times with out being aware of it ,,,, It's this very thing that your mother is worried about ,,,,
So just why do you really want to wear them ,,,, ? Your answer and motive just might be totally innocent ,,,, You just might not totally grasp what this article of clothing is suppose to mean ,,,, represent or implies ,,,, So how many bees do you want to attract ? ,,,,
I know you can't understand this now but you will if you ever have daughters ,,,,

If you are not old/responsible enough to do your own laundry (which is not rocket science by the way) you should not own a thong. OR you can make a deal with your mom... "If I do my own laundry from now on, can I buy my own thongs? AND If I slack off and you find yourself doing my laundry you have my permission to throw away all thongs in the pile you are washing." Your mom might actually go for this because, if you really want the thongs you will always do your own laundry which makes your moms life easier, and moms like that. Good luck :)

What do thongs represent to you? Why the desperate need to have a thong now?
You're mom is trying to keep you disease-free and not pregnant. There's nothing more pathetic and sad than a teeny bopper in hot-pink lipstick and a thong. Join a sport, sign up for a club or volunteer somewhere. Try listening to your mom, she probably knows a thing or two. Don't become another statistic.

Either tell your mum or do your own laundry each time it needs to be washed.
If you do wash it yourself so your mum doesnt find it, make sure you dont hang it on the line for her to see.
If you dont tell her, make sure you dont wear any clothes where she can see the top of it at the back when you sit down/bend over.
If you tell her go along these lines -
"mum, I beleive that I am becoming a young adult. You have placed certain responsibility's on me that show me that you are slowely placing amounts of trust in me to see if I can handle the stress and responsibility's of being an adult. I understand that by doing this, you are training me for the hardships i will face as an adult and I appreciate you doing this. But I also beleive that part of being an adult is making your own decisions, and this is one where I beleive I need to make a decision for myself. However, as you are my mother and I love more than anything I would greatly love to have your support in this situation..."
Lol the good old 'becoming an adult' speech used to kill my parents, hope it works out either way for you

well mabey want a thong that bad u should ask if u can do the laundry if u dont know how to do the laundry then ask but if ur lazy then ur going to get into alot of trouble

If you bought it with your own money then I would say there shouldn't be anything your mom can do because you purchased it with your own money. But clearly she has a problem with thongs and you wearing them so I would ask her why you can't have them. And if she says because you're 13, tell her you know that you're 13 and would like a better answer then that.

okay well
1) do your own laundry
2) just tell her you prefere them over other underwear because they dont show when you wear shorts/tight jeans.
3) just dont wear them and wait until she allows you
and i doubt you "love" thongs, they arent THAT great
