We work together and i see him everyday and we flirt a little but nothing serious. I feel nervous everytime i try to ask him face 2 face but prom is coming up soon n i really want him as my date.

Although it's really scary, it must be done if you want to go to the prom with him! Just think: no matter what, you'll get through it. It's only for two seconds, and then after he gives you an answer, you can finally relax and stop wondering what his answer could have been. If you're just too nervous, it's perfectly ok to give him a note. Just give him the note in person, and tell him to read it later in private. You should ask him to the prom asap, so in case he says no, you can look for other guys to go to the prom with, and also you won't worry about it anymore.

nicely i think of you souldnt ask him, that makes you look desperate, make it obvious that your attainable, and not in a courting. commence spending greater time with him, invite him out to the bar etc etc, one night once you men are on my own make a pass on him, if he backs away, say you're sorry, your in basic terms a sprint inebriated, that way there is far less embaresment, in case you ask him to the promenade and he says no. If it is going easily on the different hand, yet then next day he says it became a mistake only the two trust him, or say, for you it wasnt a mistake, u do genuanly like him and pass with the pass. maybe just casually drop it into the conversation. just be like hey have you heard what the theme for prom is? are you going to go? are you planning to go with anyone? just take a deep breath and get it over with! itll be hard but you will never know if he wants to go with you too if you dont ask!

leave him a note that tells him that u like him and that u wanna go 2 prom with him. if he likes u he will say yes. if he is a nice and sweet guy he might say yes or tell u in a nice way that he doesn't wanna go. there's nothing 2 lose here, just win.

this is what i'm going to do...
im going to say "how long would u laugh at me if i asked u to prom?" and (hopefully) he'll say "not at all" and then ill say "so will u go with me?" and (hopefully) he'll say "yes."
unless he has like another plan for that day.
but i like it bc it puts u the whole thing in a light mood.
also, you could be like "i have a question... but don't say no. will u go to prom with me?"
(but i like the 1st one better)

Just go for it. Ask him casually if he is going with anyone. And if he isnt and you tell him that you aren't then he might ask you out. If he doesn't ask you then just go for it and ask him. If you don't ask him you will regret it for ages.
