If it were the kind of forum that allowed free speech I would agree with you, MGY, but it's not, there are terms of service and everyone else seems subject to them. My question was, why not this guy?

Yes it is wrong, I have reported that person everytime and it's still here and I was reported that many times for asking and answering which were not nasty and ended up having to open up another account

I agree. I had my first account shut down and I have no reason why except I asked three Jewish, ligit Jewish, questions in the same day. I then opened this and figured what the hell, I'm just going to say whatever I want if they are going to shut me down. So I go in and ask somebody if they are ******* stupid. That never got reported, but some question where I said you suck did. Some continuity please.

Who knows why. I guess it just depends on who complains and who doesn't. I don't like those kinds of answers, they are a bit scary.

I've never actually read the Yahoo TOS. Do they mention specifically you can't tell someone to die?
Apparently you can't say peepee. I had an answer removed for having the word peepee in it. Wonder if that will happen here................................
