Your question contains a couple of errors.

Thomas Kepler's Laws of Planetary Motion shows the planet's motions aren't random, though people who denied God back then said the exact same thing to him before he figured them out.

His response was"I know there is a law because God is a god of order". He was right. The Christian idea that the universe is not random is the basis of all science. This is why Christianity invented science while others never got past experimentation. If the universe really was random, how would you explain there being any natural laws?

As for the reason, the Bible says the stars of the heavens are to display God's glory. All of mankind looks out at the universe in awe, even today. I suppose the planets are part of that same purpose. Seems to work pretty well, don't you think?

in my eyes in the FUTURE, God will water and put life on those planets, Eventually earth or the new earth will get to big. Were living forever. Sin is gone remember, so there will be no death, always be life, producing more life. The human race just will keep growing. We need new planets, and tons of space.

The bible does not say I don't believe, but I think it's to show man without a doubt that there is a supernatural creator. God's hand is everywhere, so really we are all without excuse if we deny God as creator. Also, maybe we will be able to enjoy them in the afterlife if we go to heaven. All this and besides there is a scientific purpose for their orbiting as far as the earth's balance.

Very simply, God has future plans for it. God does nothing in vain.

Romans 8:19 -- For the earnest expectation of the creation {that is, all the universe} eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.

well the ones in our Solar System help keep Earth the ideal place for life, with their gravitational forces, asteroid belts, blocking of meteors, absorbing of heat, etc.

the ones in other parts of the Milky Way likely also serve a similar purpose with gravitational forces and the position of our Sun. as for the other billions of planets....eh, they're pretty! Why not just makes something to go "wow" at? beauty isn't a bad thing....

Did it ever occur to you that God may simply enjoy creating planets?

rotate radomly? umm, go take a few classes on astronomy and astrology and realize how tied those planets are to earth and how it all operates. all you see is in space is like looking inside a big clock, its all the gears and the works that makes it all go. remove a planet, any planet, and you will see a change on earth.
