Is it throwing a Check Engine light?

A few things:
1. Have the brakes checked to make sure they are seated properly and not rubbing while you are driving.
2. Inspect the plugs and check the gap on them to make sure they are in spec. I believe the gap is .44" but check the FSM. If you notice that one of your spark plugs has a side electrode bent, so that it is gaped incorrectly, you may have foreign matter in the combustion chamber. Some of the earlier QR25DE motors had problems with screws from the values becoming loose and making their way into the combustion chamber.
3. Check your fuel injectors to make sure they are flowing with in spec.
4. Check your air filter and throttle body to make sure the filter is not clogged and that there is no obstruction or build up on the throttle body butterfly.

That is all I can think of right now. You might check out NICO's Nissan On-line Mechanic

A similar problem happened to me (but not with a Nissan). It could be many things, clogged fuel filter or even a broken oxygen sensor.

Go to a mechanic and have them check it out to know for certain.

Nissans age in dog years, which means you are really driving a 14 - 21 year old car. It has reached the end of its life and wants to be put out of its misery.
