It was an episode where a girl got a big tat on her side. I tried their website and no pictures there. I loved the tat and want a picture of it so I can get it !!

I think it had flowers in it, don't really remember. But it was huge !!

Don't take this the wrong way, but if hers was a custom piece [and I believe what they highlight on the show usually is] you might want to think twice about copying it outright. Most people I know with custom tattoos are flattered when others like them, but would be significantly less happy if someone had the same thing inked [especially without permission].
What did you like about her tattoo? The colours? The design? The location? You'd probably be better off coming up with the gist of what you want and taking that to your tattoo artist; they can help you come up with your own custom design. You would be the only person with that exact unique tattoo, and it would probably end up fitting your body better anyway [unless your figure and hers are completely identical].
