South Park is usually making some sort of amusing statement, either political, pop cultural, etc. Was the lice episode referring to a movie or something? It seemed like it must have been, but I couldn't put my finger on it...
WHAT WAS IT MAKING FUN OF?!?!?

Here are some of the movies that were referenced:

- The Thing
- The Day After Tomorrow
- Jaws
- An Inconvenient Truth
- The Poseidon Adventure (remake called Poseidon)

And some other people/events that were referenced too:

- 2005 Asian tsunami
- VP George Bush

There was probably more, but that's all could catch. :) Hope this helps!

Looks like they were jabbing at "An Inconvenient Truth," Al Gore's potent film about global warming. However, they also gave Angelina Jolie's privates an AWFUL jab at the end, there! EYEEWWWW!!!!

I saw it last night. It cracked me up.
It's a parody of Al Gore's fight against global warming.
Those guys from South Park are geniuses!
