You're in it for the long haul my friend. Lose your weight ,you'll feel better. Be a good parent to those kids it's your duty and responsibility, and you'll feel better about yourself. Love your spouse as much as you did when you married and you'll feel better about yourself again. It's just a thing is all, just a thing.

its not hard at all .. but it will take some time .. dont go for any fad diets, just cut down on calories, excercise a little and you will loose 1-2 pounds a week.

When you cut down calories, u're metabolism will slow down, thats why you need to eat 6-8 times a day to keep it up. Keep your meals small, use whole grain/wheat, low fat everything and try to avoid foods with too many carbs.

An example of a typical day:

Breakfast:
All bran cereal and skim milk

Snack:
grapefruit

lunch: wholeweat pasta with pesti and chicken breast

Snack:
Almonds or beanuts

Dinner:
Salad

Snack:
apple/banana/smoothie ..

try to finish eating a couple of hours before you hit bed ..

Now for a work out, you will need to do two things:
1. develop a strength routine three times a week for half an hour each.

basically, consult with a trianer, and try to do all your body in 30 - 45 minutes, not to get bigger, but to build more muscle mass .. each pound of muscle you gain will need an extra 50 calories a day to maitian. Use free weights or machines. If you manage to keep it under 30 minutes, u wont get bored and you will be able to keep it 2-3 times a week

2. Try walking an hour every day. If you get your heart rate to 65% its maximum, it will burn fat for energy. specially in your case, it would be around 115-120 a minute. Basically a fast walk will do it. Swimming is good too or maybe pick up a sport like squash or boxing.

dont do the atkins, south beach or any of that stuff, u will gain everything back .. change ur life style, eat healthier and be more active and you will start seeing results right away. If you loose 2 pounds a week, thats 100 pounds in a year !!

Start off by realizing that only you can make the change in your life. The reason why you became this large is because you have no self control when it comes to temptation...food, drink. Recognize that you are the reason why you have gained weight and then take steps to stop your bad habits.
there is no magic pill to make you thin. If it were that easy, then we would all look like models.

Start small. Start walking and set weekly goals. Week 1 walk a total of 60 minutes, then 80 minutes, etc. Stick to a schedule and write it down on a calendar.

Clean up what you eat. nix the soda. Pounds will drop quickly if you just eliminate soda. Then start to eat nutritious food. no more chips or Cheetos during the week. Reward yourself on Sat and Sun for you good work.

Count your calories. Realize that eating out could be the reason why you have so much weight. If you are bad one day, then make it up the next day.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Read the book "Thin for Life" as a start to help your weight problem.

Next, you may need professional psychiatric help for your unhappiness. Recent pharmacological advances can treat many emotional disorders that can be the cause of your unhappiness.

It's not a weakness in you or your character, it's not a problem with your husband or family. It may be an illness just like diabetes is an illness. And it can be treated just like diabetes can be treated.

Don't suffer alone anymore. Get help.

First, make a decision to TAKE your life back. Second, continue to make that decision every day.

If you want to lose weight, do it slowly and the right way using regular exercise and sound nutrition. The faster it comes off, the more likely you will put it back on.

Here are some links to a free website. They cover fat loss principles, nutrition, and exercise.

I really like & use Weight watchers. If you can't afford the meetings, then try the online community, its 1/2 price per month.
