i sometimes mix it up but i don't know what i want for tomorrow.
either it be- a yogurt (1 cup) with 3/4 a cup of raisin bran mixed in with an apple.

OR a nice helping of milk with my favorite graham honey crackers and an apple.

the thing is i don't like eating but i force myself to eat and well i love graham crackers but i don't like stuffing myself. it's he way i am . but which one sounds better?

I would go with the first one. It sounds healthier, and "easier" to eat:)

The yogurt and raisin bran is more nutritious. Why not add 1 honey graham cracker?
