I like this guy ,but I don't even think he knows I exist! He's close friends w/ my best friend. Help?

Get to know him better, and at least become friends with him first before you do anything else. The worst thing would be to just suddenly ask him out, because it might be awkward if he doesn't know you that well. Maybe once you get to know him a little better, ask him if maybe he wants to hang out some time. He will figure out you exist over time, but you need to make the first move to talk to him.

Well there are a couple of factors to consider, such as how long has he been close friends with your best friend? Is it possible that he could have feelings for her, thus his not paying any attention to you? Why don't you have your best friend introduce you to each other, if she's your best friend he'll have to meet you sometime or another because most best friends spend a lot of time together.

The best thing to do is to tell your best friend to introduce you to him and then later on you will get to talk to him and get to know him a little better.
