I ate at a chinese resteraunt and the beef did not taste like any beef I had ever eaten be4. I'm not a racist or nothing just curious so please dont take offense to my question please.

I know years back another chinese resturaunt was believed to be killing cats and cooking them because they found cat skeletans I believe it was behind the resturaunt

But it's usually cut small enough as to make it an indistinguishable piece of meat & flavored enough to render it unidentifiable.
