You can cut thin slice of bitter guard and place it on the affected area. It should ease the swell. Do not burst or pop it when it's still hard and painful. However you may do so when it's totally dried up and the pimple is reduced to this pale yellowish seed-alike thingy (I don't know what it's called). Be gentle. If you find that you need to apply great strength to remove it, then you should leave it or else you will push it further into your skin which can be detrimental.
In any case, you need time to make the pimple go away. The bitter guard method is just for quick relieve. Go to a pharmacy and get some bactericidal products for sudden pimple breakout.

I know it sounds wierd but dab a blob of toothpaste on it before you go to bed... totally works!
Don't pop it... there's too much of a risk of bacteria and causing MORE pimples (not good).
Barring that, put a ticker over it and and tell everyone you're special!

Take an aspirin, crush it to a powder, add a drop or 2 of lemon juice to make a paste and apply. I read this works very fast because of the acid in juice and whatever is in the aspirin. Good luck.

If it won't pop then take a pin or needle and make a pinprick in the center, then you should be able to pop it. Then wash w/ antibacterial soap. If it still won't pop you just gotta wait till tomorrow and try again.

Put some ice on it. That will bring down the swelling. Then put some pimple cream on it.

in case you have an apple cider vin. around the homestead placed slightly on a cotton ball then carry it on there for awhile. it is going to bypass down alot yet once you do not placed a hott wash fabric on that edge of your face to open the pores slightly then placed some salicylic acid on it. desire that facilitates.

definately put oxy ( it completely kills all the bacteria and the pimple) and neosporin (to heal it) on it over night and it will be gone the next day, you can also try to pop it then put the oxy & neosporin, just make sure that if you try to pop it thats your hands and face are clean! good luck!

I know this is going to sound strange but when you don't have anything around toothpaste actually works really fast. Trust me, I have tried it.
