want a guy 21 0r 22 when there in there early 20's they want a guy in his late 20,s or early 30's is it just me or do other people see this why is this

Has to do with the different maturity levels partly, girls mature faster so they've usually got the same priorties as guys a few years older. Plus the guys seem more mature and are more likely to baby them, and older guys have the more settled feeling about them, usually more confident, they've already made the decisions and gotten through what younger girls are fretting about.

It generally takes guys longer to mature. So yes in general girls tend to fall for guys a few years older to make up the maturity difference.

Because men mature later than women. A boy of 17 for instance will behave like a girl of 12 would.
