Yes, but we use proper English so we can communicate properly which means that people get and understand what you're trying to say. Some people can't understand what you're trying to say when you're always using short forms of words. Most of us don't feel like taking our time to understand what you're saying. If I don't get what you're trying to say I'm not going to bother to keep trying till I do.
