1.) Do you prefer a girl with make-up or without make-up on?why?
2.) When a guy says he wants to be a girls "bestest friend ever" what does he really mean? and why does he get mad then when you start an argument with him for not being the best friend he said he was gonna be?

1. Depends. How naturally attractive, how much makeup, skin quality, eye shape etc. A lot of makeup makes any woman look desperate if not hookerish, unless it's being done as sort of a temporary costume, persona (Goths, etc).
2. You're into him, he's not into you. The line from When Harry Met Sally is generally true. Guys usually have female friends that under the right circumstance they consider doable. If he's not coming through as a friend it's because he's not into you, and if a guy is not into you deep friendship is a rare, thogh not unheard of case. Such male-female relationships usually happen because one wants romance, the other doesn't, and the one who does wants to stay in close orbit in case a miracle happens and they get lucky.
Move on. The world is full of opportunity.

1. I don't like "extreme" make-up and in general prefer as little as possible although some women know how to use make-up in an attractive way.
2. In most cases the guy either a) doesn't really want to date the girl but he doesn't want to hurt her feelings or b) he wants to have sex with the girl but is afraid that if he just asks her she will reject him so he figures that if he can be her "bestest friend ever" the opportunity will come along when he can "get lucky".

I prefer no make up on a girl and always have and to be honest I dont think a lot of women/girls apply it on right anyway...its always to much or the wrong color for there skin tone hair color and what not...not being mean to the ladys but its kind of true...I say if you dont need it dont wear it because it takes away the natural look.
Having said that some women may need it if you know what i mean...again not trying to be mean

the make up depends. in general they can go without it.
but if we were to go somewhere nice it is just nice for people to look their best. for me it is easy , i shave and brush my hair for you it is a bit more involved. but it is a nice gesture. and usually the guy will feel that she did it just for him.
the best friend thing, well, that gets tricky. it is the quickest way to get into position to start a relationship. and a guy with this motive is not trying to be a friend, but trying to be a boyfriend.
however some of us are happy and willing/actually prefer to be friends. it is hard to tell what they mean at that point though. if they are not being that great friend then they probably have other motives.

I can't answer number 2, but for number 1, I like it when my wife as the right amount of makeup on. I think there is a fine line for each individual women. Some women have been blessed with good bone structure, skin tone, and whatever else makes a woman beautiful.

1. I prefer one without, natural beauty all the way, there is no substitute. I think that no one paints a picasso and someone else paints over it, God made you perfect just the way you are.
2. No guy wants to be a girls best friend without a hidden agenda, watch out and be vigilant.

Boy you have a lot to learn about the male and female dynamic. He gets mad because he really wants to have sex with you. He has to deal with the arguments without having any of the fun.
Oh yea, I like ladies that wear tasteful make up.

This is an absolute minefield.
I think I'll drink instead of answering.
Oh, wait, I know. I prefer a girl without make-up, because make-up is demonic. And when a guy says he wants to be a girl's "bestest friend ever", he means that he wants to spend all of his afterlife with her - an eternity in heaven together, happily married. But he gets mad when she expects him to start during the present life, because of course he meant that he wants to be your friend AFTER you're both dead.
He probably should have been more clear about that.

Well some people need make up and some people dont so doesnt matter to me
he wants to get really close and maybe you know what and like he thought hed get closer faster but it didnt work out or hes just mentally ill lmao
