You are ignorant as you are, as you have written your question. I could see and foretell of what you are. Imagine comparing material thing to sickness taken out of your negligence to protect your self from infliction of such disease. You must widen your thinking my friend.
Cancer, AIDS and flu and all other sickness inflicted to a man who is a creature of God is a result of man's negligence in protecting himself from the infliction of such sickness.

In no way did God create those things which are evil or bad. Yahweh God is a holy God. He is a loving and compassionate God. He is a God of righteousness and truth. Therefore nothing bad can come from Him.
Rather, it is the sinfulness of humans that cause bad things to happen. Much of those things like tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes -- and even certain diseases are the result of the effects of sin on the earth.
When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, the effects of those sins affected the earth in dramatic ways. Just as sins affect the lives of others in our lives.
But do not be deceived; God is not mocked. There are many things that we have created by our foolishness and sinfulness on this earth over the thousands of years of recorded history.
God gave mankind the greatest of gifts -- the right to choose -- and sometimes when those choices are wrong, they affect the ones around us, and even the whole world.
And, finally, let me explain it this way:
There is no such thing as darkness -- only the absence of light. There is no such thing as cold -- only the absence of warmth. There is no such thing as evil -- only the absence of the holiness of God. God alone is holy and righteous. It was not He who perverted the earth. For that answer, we must look to ourselves.

No, God did not.
Any scientist will tell you that Aids, Cancer, and Flu is a normal natural process that mutates into something bad.
Like a computer program that develops errors in the programing.
The world was not like this in the Creation. God said "It was good" Then sin entered the world and messed everything up. Now thing wear out, grow old, deform.

God created Heaven, earth, humans, trees and mountains and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
When man decided to disobey God and partake of the tree of knowledge,Cancer, Aids, flu, other diseases, sin and death were released because of mans wrong decision .
Adam's sin caused these things and now we have the free will to choose sin and death or God.
God made an easy and free way to escape these horrors that mankind has brought upon himself. Jesus.

God's creation was perfect
At the prompting of Satan, Adam and Eve introduced sin into the world. Sin is what causes the bad stuff. Don't blame God for that.
