usually one is enough whether i buy the ice cream and serve it up at home or if I go to a local take out. Sometimes I'll have 2 but 99 % of the time, 1 is plenty.

it depends on the size of the scoop of couse, but easily 3, depends on the brand, flavor/flavlr, and addtional toppings too. I could eat 5, 6, or 7 easily

Usually I only have one =)
I don't eat much junk food.
Go to fast food about once every two or three months, same with ice cream and soda.

usually one if i eat it after a meal. if for a snack when i'm craving it, two would be good, though i still tend to have only one scoop and crave for more but don't eat more... :)
