any one have the e mail address to send e mail to Menu foods my mom was feeding one of ther foods on the recall list to her dog and now after a $800.00 + vet bill her best frend is dead.and after calling Menu foods all I got was O sory for your loss we are working on inproving are food at this time and hung up.good thing this company isnt making baby food or do they?This company needs to be shut down for good. Thanks

autopsy was compleated on her dog she is keeping the paper work from the vet so when the time is right she is going to hit Menu foods hard

Ok I'm going to give you a web site that has information about joining a class action law suit against Menu Foods.

Menu Foods will not respond to you or anyone else. It would be an admission of guilt on their part and they are not going to do this. It is a legal thing. I know you are upset and mad but keep everything you have to tell whoever you speak to about the death of the dog. Talk to you vet and get a report from him also. Make copies do not send originals.
Please tell your momhow sorry I am for her loss and your a very good son to help her out at this most horrible time.

You will want to keep all your documentation from the Vet and if you still have empty cans or pouches of the food that would help. Documentation from the Vet is major. The problem is so widespread that menu foods can't answer each person and won't because there will be thousands of complaints and they will wait until the class action lawsuits roll in. Then they will eventually settle in some way. There are already class action lawsuits that are forming. I am sure that if there isn't one in your state there will be one.

I am sure there will be many many others. That is why you haven't heard from Menu Foods. But I guarantee that if you contact one of these lawyer groups, and there are many, that are suing Menu Foods, you will get a response and have all kinds of ways to contact them.

so you know, they didnt find any link to menu foods killing animals for certain yet.
most of the confirmed dead (from menu foods) are cats because they are already prone to kidney failure.
i'm sorry your dog died but you have to understand the companies cynicalness and skeptisism considering that it seems to be that everybody who happened to be feeding there pets menu brand foods while it was probably their pets time to go are now being blamed for the animals death.

if you are serious about blaming menu foods you need to do the following
pay for an autopsy of the dog...then when everything is said and done and the cause of the recall is finally seriously figured out...if it happens to coincide with your autopsy than take legal recourse (you'd have every right to)
however if it doesnt, you're out that money you spent on an autopsy...

and you're right this company should be shut down because aside from producing nutro brand products everything else that comes out of their factory is crap and shouldn't be fed to animals anyway.

I am so sorry, I know what it's like to loose a family pet, they are members of the family and truly are our best friends. Nothing can replace them and you're right something needs to be done about regulating pet foods, something thats suppose to be good for them shouldn't kill them. PETA needs to get involved.
