I haven't talked to my b/f for a week now! I was very mad when i called him a week ago & he ignored me, eventually that led me called him so many times & he never bothered to pick it up! Then he called me next day like 50 times & i was so pissed & made him realize how he would feel if i do it to him! So i didn't answer my phone calls! Now that i haven't talked to him....i just feel like talking to him! But he owes me an apologize & I expect an e-mail explaining the reason for his behaviour and say sorry! He never did instead he has been calling only once/twice each day and then just forget about it when i don't answer and then next day and on. Should i pick it up? But he could've e-mailed or text message me if he really wanted to talk to me! What he did was wrong! No matter how i bothered him he shouldn't have ignored me by not picking up the phone! But the thing is it's really hard for us to stay without talking, i can't challenge myself anymore! What should i do at this point?

You two are just battling each other like children. This is not a good sign. All you want is for him to be in front of you to argue with but no, he's still in this phone battle thing. Well, it is childish but how old are you anyway? He owes you, you say, and you expect an e-mail - what if you don't get an apology or an e-mail? Again, it's just a battle of expectations and demands. What if you just dumped the whole problem, broke up with him and told him that you two should meet up again when you're older and more mature? That would work.
Don't you read these questions in Answers that really are variations on what is happening? They usually have to do with divorce - 'my ex- threw all my clothes out in the street, he keyed my car but I can't prove it, blah, blah, blah.' So you see, some people never grow out of the stupid behavior you and your boyfriend are indulging yourselves in.
Does it make you proud? Do you get any satisfaction? Does it make you think this relationship can go anywhere at this level? Move on. Tell him to check back with you in a couple of years. Write it in a letter, turn your message machine off, unplug your phone and get used to retreating from the battle. It's childish and goes nowhere.

Sounds like it is time for you to move on. If you can't pick up the phone up to talk to him then it is over. You just can't expect him to apologize, he may never do it. You have to be strong enough to know who you are and that you are happy with that.

At this point you should grow up. You want to talk to him and he's been calling. Seems obvious...Pick up the phone. Maybe he wants to apologize in person like people in relationships should.

He can't apologize if you don't answer the phone, what difference does it make if its an em/text or call?
Enough time has passed.
