Hong Kong JJ Hotel and King's Hotel?

Hi,

My colleague is going on a business trip to Hong Kong for the trade fair. Most of the hotels jerk up their prices so with her budget, she only managed to find the above 2 hotels.

Can anyone advise on these 2 hotels? Is it safe for a single woman traveller? If you do have personal pictures of the hotel (rooms, facade, whole building, etc), please do post online.
