I recommend consuming as little processed food as possible. Natural foods containing the fewest ingredients are easiest on your system. Our bodies need a certain amount of "good" fats for healthy brain function, etc. (such as omega-3s, found in many types of fish. Avoid trans fat, which is a result of homogenation. This can be found in lots of fast foods.) Fad diets are not healthy; eating what our bodies were engineered to eat *is* healthy. My favorite yummy health food is fruit and berries, because I have a sweet tooth. I also love bran muffins. Mmmness.

Dried fruit. and the fun thing you can make it your self. Go to walmart best price in town get a food dehydrator, all the directions are in the box. but if you are looking for dinner look in a diabetic cook book. it has to be healthy don't you think.

Yummy as in dessert? Or yummy in general? I eat extremely healthy; all red meat recipes (meatloaf, lasagna, tacos, hamburgers) I substitute turkey breast. 99% fat free. I eat chips by O'Lean that have no fat....egg whites instead of eggs.....low carb bread....fat free spray butter......air popped popcorn......OH, a yummy favorite? Skinny Cow Fudgsicles. MMM! And you should dip them in fat free cool whip.
Is that what you were looking for?!

Watermelons are my favorite fruit =)
You can also try a peanut butter sandwich or a granola bar if you want a quick snack.
Try to keep bread and bagels at whole wheat.
