i take vitamins daily and do cardio and weights say i eat like what is considered normal, maybe skipping breakfast and a heavy dinner, is a vitamin better then making sure i have my v8

Cardio & light weight are great thing to do,
But,it's better to study and get familiar with
the vitamines and try to find out what food you should eat to get your daily needs.
Make sure you have your breakfast for early energ to start your daily activities.
Introduce real food in your daily meals
instead of the vitamines that might be fake.
just an opinion !

Both are great for you. Since you are a male, V8 or tomatoe products benefit you in the long run on your prostate.
