Yes, yes and probably. Since most, if not all states share DMV data base information with other states, you will be penalized in NJ if you're caught speeding in Ny. If NJ has a point system, you'll probably also have the points on your NJ license. The abstract may or may not show the infraction, but the insurance company and the NJ DMV will also know about it.

Yes, your tickets will show on your NJ license and when you go to renew your insurance, the insurance company will run a check of your license, they will see the tickets, and will adjust your premium from there. For insurance purposes, they are allowed to see three years back on your record, ten if there are alcohol related offenses. Also, all states share info, if you are suspended in one state, you cannot get a license in another state, all fines and fees need to be paid, and receive a clearance letter from the offender's state. Will you see the violation, it will show as soon as the court reports it to NJ, they may have backlogs, so a couple months passing wouldn't be unusual.

Many states participate in the "Drivers License Compact" and "Non-resident Violator Compact." You should check out the link below to find out more and to see a list of participating states.

Just so you're aware, you can receive tickets wherever you drive!
ANd eventually when they go unpaid, your life will be affected.
I'd just pay it & move on w/ your life.
