most of the people were saying that if she and her bf was married, then she wouldn't have to worry about him asking for a paternity test. what does being married have anything to do with the paternity test? just b/c someone is married, that doesnt mean that they are faithful.

You are completely right. Marriage and monogamy aren't synonymous anymore.

I don't recall the question you are referring to, but you are right. Just because you are married, does not mean that person will be faithful to you. No we don't like it, but it's the truth. Married and single people have paternity tests. Watch Maury, he'll tell ya, lol

it just means that even if the baby was not his he would be legally responsible for the child

but your right it would not matter at all
