My left arm is feeling strange. It feels week compared to my right arm, and my hand gets numb often and I get pins and needles a lot. In the middle of my lower arm I have a place where,if I touch it, it hurts a bit and kind of feels like my bone is bending. I cant describe it any other way. Do you think there is something wrong? Its not painful but feels strange and its been this way for a few weeks

I thought I might add that I think I first started noticing this a few months ago when I was standing up from the dinner table and leant on the table to get up, and as I did the bone in my lower arm kind of felt like it was beding a bit. It was a weird and unpleasant sensation but not painful. Could this be something to do with it do you think? Some days it's quite achey and other days not at all, but mostly it just feels odd in a way I can't describe. It's only my lower arm

well i think that you have to go to a doctor to have a check up, the symptoms you describe are very general, and its impossible to make a good diagnosis without all your personal and medical background, it can be a nerve pinch, carpal tunnel, arthritis, an old damage, etc

Well, first I would tell you to consult a doctor. If you were older, i would say many of the symptoms you describe point to stroke or a heart problem, but since you are young (I am assuming) and the symptoms are on-going, it sounds like a nerve has been pinched or you have a slight sprain in your lower arm. The weakness, I believe, makes me think it may be a nerve more than anything. Plaese, see a doctor. If it is something serious, you never know, you can catch it early.

You have an internal contusion that is blocking your circulation and causing those odd sensations. It's like having a bruise on the inside of some tissue. It could have happened from sleeping on it wierd, or long applied steady pressure. Over time, like a few weeks, it will heal itself - provided you don't re-injure it with a sharp blow or something.

If it continues to bother you, see a doctor; but, they won't do anything unless it persists for like months.

Why not ask a doctor. We crackpots on this website can not possibly diagnose through the internet.

sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your neck or upper back, i get them from time to time when working with horse and there is a numbness down the arm and sometimes sharp pains

try going to a chiropractor, they will be able to help you release the pinched nerve, they help me and i have had it where i couldn't turn my head from falling off a horse and after visit able to move again

there are many people who don't believe in chiropractic care only because they have been blinded into needing medicine or surgery

give this a try it will help you out greatly

and without pain meds
