Any cardio work, at low to medium intensity, will do.
Jogging, cycling, etc..
Do about 5 to 10 minutes of cardio, until you feel that you are litterally "warmed up".
Follow this warm-up by stretching the muscles you'll train during your workout.
Cheers ^_^

Initially begin with low-moderate intensity cardio (elliptical trainer, rower, jogging, etc.) that takes approximately 10% of the total conditioning time. E.g. If you plan to train for an hour do a 5-7minute warm up. I then follow with a warm up set of the exercise to be completed. E.g. If i plan to bench press 3 sets of 15 at 40kg, i will do 1 set of 20 at 20kg.

I always run at least a mile at a slow to moderate rate (for me 8 - 8.5 minute mile) The, Stretch the muscles you are about to train. The jogging will increase blood circulation and better prepare your body for the workout ahead.
