There hasn't been a white heavyweight champion in at least 60 years maybe more.

Did you conveniently forget the Will Smith movie "Ali" about Muhammad Ali? There was also a movie done about the legendary Joe Louis and Great White Hope about Jack Johnson. There are several white champions right now even though I don't think too much of their talent and skill level. In the 80's there was a white fighter named Gerrie Coetzee, in 59 there was a white fighter named Ingemar Johansson who was champ and of course the only undefeated champion Rocky Marciano a white Italian fighter who retired in 1956 so there you go scooter!

I don't know what you're smoking, but give me some. Pretty much the only movies where the champ is white is in the Rocky movies. Just a couple of examples of movies with black champions: Great White Hype, the newest Rocky movie, and Play it to the Bone. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the current WBA boxing champion is white (Nikolay something), and there have been several in the past couple of decades. Some other recent white heavyweight champs are Vitali Klitschko (2005), Sergei Lakhovich (2006), Francois Botha (mid 1990's), and the list goes on.

"There hasn't been a white heavyweight champion in at least 60 years maybe more."

WBA: Nikolay Valuev 46-0(34)
WBC: Oleg Maskaev 35-5(26)
IBF: Wladimir Klitschko 48-3(43)

PS: You're an idiot

Because a lot of hollywood is still stuck on the old cinematic ways.

Back in the day, that's what the people wanted to see, a white champion. Things are starting to change these days however. Everyone is beginning to see that race isn't really a big issue in movies, and sometimes even on real life.

Umm, just recently there was the movie Rocky Balboa (aka Rocky 6) and the heavyweight champ was black.

Don't look for racism where there isn't any.

Kitschko: White (both of them)
Valuev: White

It's only been 48 years. Ingmar Johansson, a Swede, knocked out Floyd Patterson in 1959. Patterson came back and later regained the Belt.

You need to watch a few more movies. Rocky (Stalone)got a shot against Carl Weathers (Black champ) and lost the first time around. Rocky later lost the championship to Mr. T (Black).

Let's get it right before we complain.

You are basically an idiot (and a racist) - all three heavyweight champions right now are white guys.

Look it up.

everyone expects the tough guys to be black, so i guess its a way of destroying the stereotype.
